The body of an Alberta man who drowned while snowmobiling in the Yukon has been recovered.

The Yukon Chief coroner says the body of 36-year-old Jason Keith of Morinville was recovered earlier this week.

Police say Keith was snowmobiling with two other men on Drury Lake on Jan. 28 when he and another man rode into open water.

The other man was able to get back to the surface.
