School Bus Cancellations - Monday January 13

“The decision to suspend bus service in Parkland County does not come lightly and even though there is an expectation that no new concepts will be introduced in classrooms, teachers will have appropriate programming ready to engage students for those families that can drop off their children at school,”

Due to the extreme cold temperatures, Parkland School Division's bus service has been cancelled for Monday, when temperatures are expected to hover around -40 C.

On Sunday evening, Parkland School Division, which operates schools in communities like Spruce Grove, Stony Plain, Duffield and Devon, cancelled bus service for all of its schools for Monday, Jan. 13.

PSD schools will still be open, parents/guardians have the option of sending students to school.
