TELUS World Of Science shows off new exhibit

The Science of Ripley's Believe It or Not! and the IMAX theater will be opening to the public

After being temporarily closed for a few months, the TELUS World of Science will be opening up a new exhibit and re-opening their IMAX Theater to the public.

TELUS World of Science will open their doors for members this weekend while general public can check out the new features on July 8th.

The new Ridley's Believe it Or Not! area will feature out of the ordinary things about everyday life including portraits made out of candy, keyboards and toast.

Science lovers can also check out the IMAX Theater which is re-opening to the public with less capacity. The theater can fit around 200 people however to practice social distancing there will be a limit of 50.

Alan Nursaull is the president of the Telus World of Science and emphasized the importance of safety during these times.

For now, they will be open Wednesday to Sunday from 10am-5pm.
