Join them for Peace River Pow Wow at Peace River Ag Grounds.
The Pow Wow is open to anyone and everyone is welcome. If you have never been, come early if you want a good view, bring a lawn chair in case seating is unavailable. One of the highlights is the Grand Entries when you see all the dancers enter the arbour together and have honour songs, open remarks. Audience members are encouraged to dance or walk along with in the intertribal dance, the MC will announce when that is. You do not need regalia to join in, in the Intertribals . There is zero tolerance for drugs and alcohol at the Pow Wow. Please do not bring your dog to the pow wow, they can't be in the Arbor area. If pets are at camps they must be tied up and on a leash.
