City Councillors in Edmonton were quick in changing the Grandin mural at the LRT Station.

The Government Centre LRT station used to have a mural of Bishop Vital Grandin however it's since been changed to an orange background to represent reconciliation overnight.

The LRT stop was named after the St. Albert Roman Catholic bishop who helped design Canada's residential school system.

St. Albert is now examining it's naming process after calls for changes have been made in their community as well
